The Church Council usually meets quarterly –  immediately following the Worship service. The Church Council includes the Pastor, Sunday School Director, Music Director, WMU Director, Deacon Chair, Discipleship Training Director, Youth and Children's Director, and Finance Team Chair but is open to all church members.

We lead the church in planning, coordinating and evaluating church programs coordinating the activities of all the teams into one unified ministry. On even months church council works on strategy and visioning and on the odd months engages is regular calendaring and review.
